External Siren/alarm for NVR

Hi! There is a way to connect an external siren/alarm, with an sound amplifier by example trought the audio out connector that can be triggered by a detection on any of the NVR's cameras?

what happened it can work ?
I want to do the same, using the output RCA to a an amplifier, but I don’t know if I have to configure something about the camera ( siren ) to get the sound out
