New E1 Zoom install. I get this error message when I try to connect my E1 Zoom to a FTP server on the same LAN. I want to write the videos there.
I can access that FTP Server from computers on the same LAN. I've read all the instructions I can find and watched lots of videos. I can't find anything that might cause this error. I've tried using the Reolink client on a Windows 10 PC, a Mac, and an iPhone. Always the same error message. I've run out of ideas, except maybe I have to have an SD card inserted to make this work. Any suggestions?Reply QuoteShare0- Share this Post

@user_600420163772446_600420163772446 Hi there, can you try to reset your camera first? https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900006331423-How-to-Reset-Reolink-E1-ZOOM
If it can't work, you can try to download the latest firmware on our download center, Download Center – Reolink. After upgrading, if the problem remains, please submit a request here, Submit a request – Reolink Support. -
@reolink-fiona The factory version of the firmware was the most recent, but I did a firmware update anyway and that seems to have fixed it. Thanks.
