Embedded FTP server in RLC-523WA camera

Hello, Reolink.

I am trying to access the recordings in the SD card of my RLC-523WA camera through its embedded FTP server.
However, the moment I open a connection I get the message "ftpd: applet not found" from the server and the connection is immediately closed.

Searching clues about what that message may mean I got to a question at StackOverflow where found that the problem may be an incorrect configuration of the camera's internal FTP server.

Can this be the real issue? If so, it seems it could be quite easy to solve the problem in a shortly forthcoming update.

The current firmware version is v3.1.0.804_22011510_v1.0.0.30.

Although the Download Center claims the latest version is V3.1.0.804_22011511_V1.0.0.30, I downloaded the ZIP file and found the package 's name to be "IPC_523128M5MP.804_22011510.RLC-523WA.OV05A10.5MP.WIFI1021.PTZ.REOLINK.pak", which suggests it is the same version I currently have.
