      RLC-823A quit tracking and no PTZ after update. Any ideas or just send it back?
      Tried on IOS, Windows client and the NVR,, no go. Used to work fine. Now, at night, the light comes on when you walk in front of it but no movement,, (follow), and no PTZ at all. Tried power cycling it.

          @j_kimbro_164018064425172 Hi there, can you try to disable and then enable the auto-tracking button and try again? If it can't work, you can try to hard reset your camera.

            Any luck? Same problem they need to pull that firmware ASAP i have to have PTZ working by monday or im screwed.

            Same problem here.
            Camera reset and disabling auto-tracking hasn´t fixed the problem.
            Any suggestions on how to fix it?

                  Also same problem after installing this evening. installed the newest firmware as of this evening.
