I have an argus 2 in my hand which is 12 feet from my router and it still won't connect to wifi (it used to be connected outdors)....i have 3 other argus 2 or 2E and they are all fine outdoors
why won't it connect even when I am inside near router? that makes no sense (and yes I have tried two other new argus 2e with same result)....ugh
      please help

@debbie-pepin_37805027844313 Ensure you are using the same SSID (wifi name)? Try to remove battery and put it back and check again. If still unable to connect reset camera to factory settings and start again. I have two Argus 2 for 3 years now and had no similar issues. I presume the status LED is flashing in red.

Obviously I am not being clear. Yes I have the exact same wifi name. I have removed the battery and recharged it 25x. And I wish I could reset the camera but when I put a "pin" in the reset hole nothing happens (yes I have tried multiple times). This camera was working fine mounted outdoors with a solar panel. Three other same cameras mounted outside with solar panels work fine and have been. Know how to get this camera to reset to factory settings? And just to be sure it wasn't me I have rebooted my router. I have purchased not one but two brand new Argus Reolink 2E cameras and neither would connect even when I am in my office with the router. There has to be something I can do. Thanks for any help.....

Just had the same issue - was working fine. brought it in for a bit to clean it. Thought I'd try hooking it up to my phone hotspot (didn't work), so went to reset it to my home wifi. Tried the battery, the factory reset, deleting the device from my app and restarting the process again...now many times. Still doesn't connect to the router. Even went to my router admin to make sure MAC filtering wasn't on. It was literally working 2 hours ago on this exact same network/SSID/PW..Pulled out a new one I finally had a chance to setup, and it won't connect either. My other 3 are all connected fine on that same network with no issues.
