      Hey,

      i´ve bought the 822-A and cant insert it on the Synology Surveillance Station.
      I´m trying the manuell installation and the shown 822-A Settings on Surveillance Station.
      But it doestn work, it get no connection.

      The camera is working fine on my iphone and windows app.

      Have anyone any ideas for this problem?

          @andre1982_604784056959024 Can you try to enable the network port? You can find the setting at network>>advanced>>port settings.

              @andre1982_604784056959024 What's the system info? You can try to check if your camera is the latest one. You can check and download the latest firmware on our download center, Download Center – Reolink.

              If it doesn't work after the upgrade, you can try to submit a request here with the system info and relevant screenshots, Submit a request – Reolink Support. Our tech will help you with this specific issue.
