im having issues with windows 11 and the 8.8.1 client it will load up and work but after a few minutes all my cameras time out and I cant view them. i have to force close it in windows task manager to get it to reopen again with the same issue. im running an alien-ware i7. I have several other computers that the client works fine on

alien-ware i7 I don't yet have Win 11 due to company policy. Can you right click on the reolink.exe and change the compatibility mode? And try to toggle the hardware decoding too.

@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 I was able to change compatibility mode but the only option is windows 8 so ill try that and see if it works. how do you toggle the hardware decoding?

@josh-heller_289202530767049 you're welcome. They need to fix appl running on Win 11. For your perusal, Reolink released version 8.8.2 and is available in their download centre. I did install it but didn't see any major difference.
