RLC-423- Repair request?

This one quit working and I liked it so much I ordered another one. Works great. My question is -> Can I send it in to be repaired? Time wise it is out of warrantee. What do I do with it?

Electronics recycle. I know of no consumer electronics costing under $200 that can be repaired.
