I need help connect my Wi-Fi wireless cameras to a Wi-Fi dongle ! They just won’t pair together

Generally yes, but there can be limitations on the wifi dongle and performance/reception that can determine if it will work.
What dongle and camera are you trying to use?
Have you confirmed if there is good reception?
some cameras may also require to setup via a cabled lan and then connect to the wifi network.

It would help to know what brand/model of WiFi dongle this is and what prompted using one.
(The typical application is to connect WiFi devices to home WiFi routers.)
(The typical use for 'dongles' is to connect a product that has no WiFi capability to home WiFi routers.)
