Hello,
I just downloaded the Reolink app on my brand new laptop and I am getting a black screen after 1 second the app starts. Can someone help me out if there is a fix please?

I had this problem a while ago and I was told to disable Hardware Decoding (which seems like having it would be a good thing).
If I try your suggestion will I be able to enable the hardware decoding?

I'm getting the same thing on my Windows 10 desktop, Reolink Client v8.8.2 - interface shows as normal when started with the spinners while it gets the camera feeds but as soon as it gets them, (I'm guessing), the entire program window goes black and you need to exit it via the Taskbar preview.
This only occured after upgrading from an NVIDIA Geforce 1650 SUPER graphics card to an Intel Arc A750 using driver v31.0.101.3793 (beta).Reply QuoteShare1- Share this Post

Have to edit it, the whole of the program window goes black, no menus, depth gadgets, close, scrollbars, etc. -
