Hi.
I purchased 4 cameras on 4th of november 2022, they were expected to be delivered from Germany.
It seems the tracking number cannot be found in the system and the cameras were never shipped.
Could you provide me with some explanation of what might have happened?

@user_626007129198624_626007129198624 In my case it took 13 days for the camera to arrive from Germany. If you have the purchase details email them. You should have a tracking number.
