      SIM card doesn’t stay in. I push it in but it doesn’t stay in on its own which then leads to connection issues.

          @user_641359177510957_641359177510957 Those SD cards are a little tricky getting them to stay in. I use my fingernail or a small flat head screwdriver pushing on top of the card. Cards sometimes need to go in below the housing to click in place, spring loaded. Make sure you insert it in the correct direction. The side edges of cards are a little different to make sure cards are put in right. Reolink has a Youtube channel video showing this.

            @md He is referring to mobile SIM card and not SDXC card. Maybe the slot is not tight enough to keep the micro SIM secured. Hopefully one day they will introduce eSIM.
