Have acquired a Windows 10 tablet. Have installed the latest Client S/W (1.2.40). When I run the client I am unable to control the size of the display. The client opens larger than my screen and a not able to resize it????

Hi, please kindly set the resolution to 1366*768 to check.

I have the same problem with my Win 10 PC.

It does seem a bit silly to have to find the right invisible bit of the display to click on to get the "Restore Down" (in the top right hand side next to the X) to get to see all of the program controls. Am I alone in thinking that having to set the resolution to 1366*768 every time I want this program to display correctly is not a good customer experience? Hands up please!

I've found a way around this problem that works on my Windows 10 64 system. Use Windows Explorer to find the Reolink Client.exe file. By default its in the C:/Program Files(x86)/Reolink Client directory. Right click on the file, select Properties, Compatibility. Tick "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" then press OK. Now all the buttons will be exposed when you run the client application.

Yeah, unfortunately the DPI scaling in the app sucks a lot.  I've used Samsung Smart Viewer (anything but smart...) and Reolink's client.  Both roll their own UI instead of using native (Windows) UI for some reason and it makes the experience SUCK.
