@user_667474537287771_667474537287771 Try to change the boolean value of hardware acceleration to 'false' in file AppData/Roaming/Reolink/userSettings ............... {"key":"hardware-acceleration","type":"boolean","value":false,"_id":"sSr1ypxxxxxxxxxxp"}.

@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 When I go to
Users/AppData/Roaming/Reolink there is nothing in the folder. No user settings to change. This fix worked on a windows 10 machine but windows 11 doesn't seem to fully load the software.

@user_684066564202694_684066564202694 If the AppData folder is not there, enable the Show hidden files and folders option in the File Explorer.

@joseph_1979 I have the exact same issue - I have UNhidden the app data folder and there is nothing in it. The app / client will not even start. If I go to processes it is running, but not taking up much power. Nothing ever loads on the screen. I spent $3,200 on Reolink cameras and NVRs - I need a way to remotely monitor them. Please help. I have a Lenovo Neo 30a running windows 11 Pro
