Unable to extract config.tgz - Export Configuration File (Corrupted?)

Hi,

I exported my configuration for my REOLINK RLC-410S, and it generated the filename "config.tgz" which is around 11.2KB in filesize.
However, I tried usint 7Zip to extract this file to view the content, but it is reported as corrupted.

Is this tarball a good condition file OR is this an encrypted tarball?

Dear Mr. Kum,
The configuration file is encrypted and cannot be unzipped and read in plain text.
