Having an issue with only 3 cameras out of 4 cameras showing up on my computer screen. All 4 use to show now one is blank. All 4 cameras show up on my phone and all 4 cameras show up on my monitor that is connected to my Reolink console. This has happened before and finally just came back on its own in the past. How do I get it back on and what is causing this?

@vicsin42_101676883706035 Do you get connection failed from the Windows client? Did you try to delete it and re-create it? Did you check that all the units have the latest firmware together with the clients? Do you have an NVR? Can you describe how the cams are connected and the models installed?

@joseph_1979 I have the same problem. On my phone app I can see all 4 cameras. On the desktop I can see any combination of 3, remaining windows are blank.

            All devices have latest firmware.

I am experiencing a similar issue... out of 13 cameras, only 12 show up, while 1 is a blank screen... after doing some firmware updates, I was able to get the 1 originally not showing to show up, but now a different one (that was working fine before) is showing as a blank screen...

Same -- one of 2 cameras. All updated. All deleted, readded, app deleted, reinstalled. real pointless security cams if this is the norm. No reponse from Reolink is troubling

I have 7 cameras set up and installed. 6 of them work, one is a black screen, but seems to be trying to display the video, but just getting black screen. The camera name shows up under Channel management. I have verified all equipment is up to date, and i am not on a computer viewing these, i am directly logged into the DVR, so device drivers are NOT the issue. I have swapped out the ethernet cable that runs directly from the DVR to the camera and no change. I also swapped out the camera, no change. I have tried plugging the ethernet cable into 5 different ports ( I have a 16 Channel dvr ) and no change.
The strange thing that i cant wrap my head around is if i take the 8th camera (not in use) and plug it in to the DRV, it works. When i go outside and swap the camera it fails with no connection. I know its not the ehternet cable, i have swapped that our already.
I have reset the DVR and reconfigured it, thinking maybe it was something I did, but Its still happening
Hopefully someone figures out this mess and posts here for all to see 🙂

I found if I re-installed the client software on my laptop the missing camera would return. I hope this helps others.

Having the same issue. All cameras pull up fine on mobile, but not all appear on the desktop client, of three different computers. Contacted support today, they have no idea. They supposedly created a ticket and forwarded it to their warranty team. Sounds like the PC client is just broken, and they don't know how to fix it.

@reolink-cam_813700743893181 , were you able to get this issue resolved? I'm experiencing the same issue as all customers above.

@user_892959385403573_892959385403573 On the PC client when it opens to multi-view, it will only display the feed if the camera preview is set to Low or Mid (camera dependent). For a camera that does not display, resetting the preview to either Low or Mid will resolve the issue. It did for me.

Also, switch to the max grid size to ensure all your camera are next to each other. At some point, I somehow got one of my six camera down on channel 14 and thought the PC client lost it it until I switched to max grid size. If that happens, you can drag it back to where it belongs,
