    Cannot get duo 2 cameras to record audio. Latest NVR firmware installed.

      Hello,
      I cannot get my duo 2 camera to record audio with my rln8-410 nvr. It says it has the latest firmware for both devices. When I go to "audio and light" and click on record audio it moves to on, then instantly back to off. I plugged the camera into the nvr and it detected it automatically. This nvr was a refurbished kit that came with 4 rlc-820a cameras that record audio just fine.

          Make sure you have sent an email to customer support as they will be able to determine if there is faulty hardware.

            @user_708234356568235_708234356568235 Don't check firmware update by clicking update from camera. This is not working. You need to visit Reolink download center or better email support. I assume that you have checked that the audio is recorded by watching a clip either stored on a micro SD (if you have one) or ftping the file to an ftp server.

            I didn't see any note related to audio in the firmware released on this model so far.
