We have the Reolink E1 indoor cameras at our elderly Dads flat and I would like to turn on motion detection for specific times of the day (e.g. between 11pm and 7am). I have turned on motion detection and set the sensitivity schedule for the mentioned times of the day, with the rest of the day being set to low sensitivity. However, I am now getting notifications all day each there is the slightest movement. Does anyone know how I can achieve this and if not is there an alternative?

@romina-iwikau_515739345371328 Hello there, thank you for the feeback. You may set up a scene mode to activate the camera at certain time frame only.
Here is a detailed guide for your reference, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026049414-What-is-Scene-Mode-and-How-to-Set-the-Scene-Mode-for-Your-Cameras-on-Reolink-App/
If you need any help, don't hesitate to contact our support team and they will get back to you asap.

@reolink-lorenz But there is no scheduler for the scene mode. I did request this to senior support. Hope that we will eventually see this implemented together with its status.

I've noticed similar issues were reported in 2018 and owners requested Reolink to add a disable or home disable function on the mobile app or computer app. Did Reolink listen to its customers? I'm not sure since fast forward to 2023, customers are since asking. Just bought two of the same product from Amazon, I'll be checking if the requested feature is on the mobile app or browser-based app. I might returning the products if feature is not on the app. Again, this issue started in 2018.
