Cannot record 4K night vision

I have a new RLC-810A and cannot record in 4K.
On the camera web interface the option is not allowed to preview or playback in 4K. The highest quality I can preview is in Mid/Balanced, not High/Clear! All the clips it records on the SD card are in lowest quality 640x360 15 FPS! I can't find any firmware update for it on the Reolink phone app. I feel cheated.

@user_715880657940615_715880657940615 I don't think the problem is Reolink. I've heard it's because most web browers do not support yet H265 streaming which 4K cams use. I've tried the web interface. I prefer Reolink client app on my laptop which does playback in 4K. Your cam can record 4K. Check your day and night setting, resolution, bitrate, frame rate in the phone or client app. Depending on your settings the frame rate will auto drop down at night to allow more light in each frame.
