      I've just installed the doorbell and while I can hear people on the phone app they can't hear me
      Did a fresh install of the app, checked all the settings I can find
      Anyone help? Pretty useless if I can't talk to someone at the door

          @gc2469_333498658910393 Ensure you gave the latest firmware and client. In the client they have added the volume control of the doorbell speaker.

            @joseph_1979 I'm on the latest version of the app (Android) and client (Windows) and the NVR is on the latest firmware - there is no volume option
