Alert on Iphone But No Video

Hi all, newby here. I get Person Alert on my iphone but when I click on the alert, the Reolink app opens but brings me to the live screen. Is there a way of viewing what the actual alert was ?

@damo_720489830449280 Since the recent upgrades clicking on the notification takes you to the live view. I am using the Android client. I reported to support for a number of times.

@damo_720489830449280 It may take 1 to 2 minutes for the camera to create and compress video footage after it is triggered to record and send you notifications. If you tap on the notification before the video footage is successfully generated, you will be directed to the live screen.
If you tap on the notifications minutes afer it is sent, you will be directed to the actual alerts. Hope this helps.
