@sdeweb31_707475180433633 Good. I have seen comments written by customers who have added such a chime. Thanks.
Reolink should manufacture additional chimes and make them available in their store. -
@joseph_1979 Hi, From what I read in the Reolink support forum. Users have been waiting since December 2022 for additional doorbells to be sold separately ! The product presented in my previous message is available immediately.

Hi
Although not so pretty, I also found this type of chime can be paired and works with the Reolink Doorbell, ebay Item 124027726492 - sorry, it wouldn't allow me to post a link.
Hope it helps! - 3 months later

How exactly did you get these to connect to the reolink video doorbell?
I am looking at purchasing the same for the same purpose.Reply QuoteShare0- Share this Post

@bigdaddy_771512482971796 You can get the kerui-m52 from aliexpress or Amazon.
Same pairing procedure. -
@joseph_1979
Can you share a few details?
Same pairing process as the original Reolink? or Kerui unit?
How do you connect the the second chime to the reolink video doorbell, within the Reolink App?

I received the Kerui-m52 unit today in the UK (Bought on eBay) to work with a V1 hardware doorbell as an additional chime. I returned a Reolink V2 chime from Amazon because it would not pair and then I found V1 chimes from Reolink are not available. Anyway the Kerui works perfectly, was easy to pair (same method as Reolink's original unit) and came with a UK plug. It is not as loud as the Reolink unit, but has plenty of tune options including longer tunes to increase the likelihood of hearing it .... so is perfect as an upstairs extension. We can now hear the doorbell in remote parts of the house (including when in the shower). The Kerui is definitely recommended and was less than £9 including postage and came from a UK supplier in 3 working days.

@manc-sooty_859835089170607 We have been saying this for v1 chimes. They should have produced more chimes than doorbell :).

@joseph_1979 . I have now added an even cheaper chime for the loft (sold as ding dong chime on eBay). This gives us a bell on every floor of the house as well as the phone notification of visitors. Reolink should have the option to add their own extra chimes at time of purchase. The average consumer doesn't want to faff about working out if they have a V1 or V2 hardware version, or investigate adding 3rd party chimes. They want to buy off the shelf. Tech nerds like myself love to customise their kit to get the best solution at the most competitive price so are fine investing a bit of extra effort.
It is a strange situation. As my doorbell was new I assumed (wrongly as it turns out) that the V2 hardware chimes for sale on Amazon would work with my brand new bell (which it turned out was a v1). Amazon's legendary returns process made it simple to quickly get my money back, so it was not a major inconvenience.
The fact Reolink hardware works well with the likes of Synology (and 3rd party chimes) is great for the consumer, and this support group is brilliant too. Without the support group I would never have considered using 3rd party chimes, so would just have been less than happy with my purchase. To be fair Reolink customer support were also very helpful with multiple emails and follow up - even though there doesn't appear to be any V1 chimes available. The end result is one very happy bunny who will happily buy more Reolink hardware in future.

Note that on my side, after ordering a doorbell and receiving a V1, I contacted customer service telling them I was interested in the V2 and they promptly organised an exchange. I have a V2 now (I had to pay the shipping costs for the return though)
