Hi. Is there a possibility to add a second chime to the video doorbell ? (if I want one downstairs and one upstairs)Also, can they be bought separately ?
Hi. That's just the date/time when DST starts and ends (Daylight Saving Time, clocks going forward or backward 1h), so nothing to do with cameras coming on or off.If you use NTP for time synchronisation, you shouldn't need to touch this.
Hi. When receiving a notification of movement (person, etc..), what is the expected behaviour when tapping on this notification ?I thought that automatically the app would send me to the playback of the related event, but for me it's always going to live view, and then I have to sort through events playback.I can understand it's going to live view when the notification has just been received (less than a minute ago for instance), but on older ones, I was expecting it to go to the corresponding event playback.I may be wrong, but I thought this was working before, and only started to realise this behaviour recently (maybe since daylight saving time came into the picture end of March in the UK ?)
@user_733878158655727_733878158655727 Detection d'un mouvement
For me it will be the Trackmix PoE. Plus it's quite fun to see it turn to follow you
@michael4371_319452955955436 Definitely something I would like to see as well !A kind of workaround I apply in my case, but obviously not ideal: I have a NVR, but I also connect my cameras directly to the app (so they appear as individual cameras, as well as through NVR). I then setup the schedule of individual cameras for push notifications for when I want them on/off for my normal routine, and I setup the push notifications schedule of the NVR to be "on" 24/7.I then have a "Holiday off" routine which activates push on individual cameras, but deactivates it on NVR, and the opposite "Holidays on" where I only activate the NVR 24/7 push. This way I don't have to mess up my schedule when I'm away and remember how it was to set up when I'm back.But obviously a proper solution in the Reolink app would be fantastic (Arlo camera app has this feature to have the cameras on a schedule, permanently on, or permanently off).
@user_688312255041690_688312255041690 So far, mine working normally with new firmware
@user_694227756134544_694227756134544 I haven't tried on mine, but looks like it should be possiblehttps://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/16065559790105-How-to-View-the-Dual-Display-of-Reolink-TrackMix-Series-via-Reolink-NVRs-New-UI-/Only with recent hardware versions/firmware apparently ("New UI")
@stevegill90_647158661345603 Regarding the return to monitor point, in the app, when I view the live feed of the trackmix, select PTZ icon at the bottom, then select the little target icon to access Monitor point settings, I have an option "Auto return to Monitor point" and the wait time before doing so.I guess if it's unticked, the camera would stay on its last position (but I haven't tried it).
Contacted support, and apparently there's no option to do that
@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 During daylight, the flood light doesn't come on when not linked to a camera.It's just when linking it, the only option available is to react to a detection event (person for instance), regardless of ambient light it seems.Current firmware for light is 3.0.0.1311_22090741
