Hi. Is there a possibility to add a second chime to the video doorbell ? (if I want one downstairs and one upstairs)Also, can they be bought separately ?
Hi. That's just the date/time when DST starts and ends (Daylight Saving Time, clocks going forward or backward 1h), so nothing to do with cameras coming on or off.If you use NTP for time synchronisation, you shouldn't need to touch this.
Hi. When receiving a notification of movement (person, etc..), what is the expected behaviour when tapping on this notification ?I thought that automatically the app would send me to the playback of the related event, but for me it's always going to live view, and then I have to sort through events playback.I can understand it's going to live view when the notification has just been received (less than a minute ago for instance), but on older ones, I was expecting it to go to the corresponding event playback.I may be wrong, but I thought this was working before, and only started to realise this behaviour recently (maybe since daylight saving time came into the picture end of March in the UK ?)
I can't find anymore how to select the channels I want to see in immersive mode. Did that move somewhere else ?
@pjsmit_155286146154639 It is quite confusing indeed.My 811A has the same hardware version than what is found on the website (IPC_523128M8MP), however my current firmware is v3.1.0.2109_23051509, so more advanced than the v3.1.0.1643 from 22nd Feb !? (if I read it correctly, 230515 means 15th May 2023)
Well... looks like it's solved.What happened is that when I plugged the camera on the switch, the NVR automatically added it, which I didn't realize, but on the app side it doesn't see that during the initialization process it seems.So I still don't know what password it wanted me to enter, but I followed the advice from reolink support: deactivated the auto add camera on the NVR and removed the camera from the list, then reset the camera. After that the app was able to initialize as normal.I could then re-add the camera to the NVR as a second step.
@joseph_1979 I'm connecting directly to the app for the moment, it's not connected to a NVR.I did try to add using the UID, but I'm getting this "Access device" screen after that, not the "Create a login password" screen as I would expect
HiI'm a bit baffled with the setup of a new RLC1212A.Took it out of the box, plugged in my PoE switch, it's starting up correctly, then using the iOS app, I add the camera, scan the QR code, and here it's displaying a screen "Access device" asking for the username/password (it's NOT the screen requesting to create the admin user).I tried to leave the password blank, I tried "admin", "password", but always getting "wrong username or password".I tried several time to hold the reset [censored]on for factory reset. I hear the little jingle meaning it's resetting, but when trying again the setup, same thing, it's not asking me to create a username/password as it states in the instructions, it seems to want an existing username/password.I have several other PoE cameras and never seen this. Am I missing something obvious ?
@user_733878158655727_733878158655727 Detection d'un mouvement
For me it will be the Trackmix PoE. Plus it's quite fun to see it turn to follow you
@michael4371_319452955955436 Definitely something I would like to see as well !A kind of workaround I apply in my case, but obviously not ideal: I have a NVR, but I also connect my cameras directly to the app (so they appear as individual cameras, as well as through NVR). I then setup the schedule of individual cameras for push notifications for when I want them on/off for my normal routine, and I setup the push notifications schedule of the NVR to be "on" 24/7.I then have a "Holiday off" routine which activates push on individual cameras, but deactivates it on NVR, and the opposite "Holidays on" where I only activate the NVR 24/7 push. This way I don't have to mess up my schedule when I'm away and remember how it was to set up when I'm back.But obviously a proper solution in the Reolink app would be fantastic (Arlo camera app has this feature to have the cameras on a schedule, permanently on, or permanently off).
@user_688312255041690_688312255041690 So far, mine working normally with new firmware
