      Kit: RLK16-800d

Nvr updated to latest firmware: v3.3.0.226_23031621
Cameras (d800) are on firmware: v3.1.0.802_220110003 but as per the firmware section, latest version is v3.0.0.183_21012801

Issue: only 2 or 3 cameras are showing up on the nvr. Rest do not show up at all... Out of 3 camera showing, 2 stay constant and other one keeps changing to one of the other 8 cameras. All cameras are plugged in directly to NVR and NVR LAN is plugged into ethernet from router. Have tried resetting cameras one by one. Once reset, additioanl two start to work for sometime and after NVR reboot, cameras are gone again.

@clashtv111_690499181482713 So you have a kit and that would mean that the cameras have no UID and can only work with the NVR. Can you connect to the NVR using a monitor/keyboard and then unplug the connection between the NVR and the router. Restart the NVR and see if you get all the cameras. Let start with this test.

Hi, the color code in which ethernet cable is crimped would make a difference? I didn't followed the T-568B standard.. I just crimped same color pairs on both end..

@clashtv111_690499181482713 As long as you kept it straight then it shouldn't be an issue. Normally it should be orange-white, orange, green-white, blue, blue-white, green, brown-white, brown. They are ordered from the pin one slot to the pin eight slot. I assume that the NVR is connected to the BB router. So check each cable by connecting your PC LAN port to the BB ethernet port and see that you are able to reach the Internet. Connect one by one and restart the NVR to ensure it is fine.

I guess you are using the DHCP of the NVR in which case the assigned IPs are in the range 192.16.X.X. The NVR will get its IP from the BB router which is different. In your setup you will never communicate directly with each camera but only through the NVR.

@joseph_1979 the cameras which are working are getting the following up assigned: 172.16.25.x

I tested without the LAN plugged in and same issue. 3/8 cameras are working and when restarting the NVR the 3rd camera goes offline and gets swapped with one of the non working cameras...

                  Also, any concern regarding this:

Cameras (d800) are on firmware: v3.1.0.802_220110003 but as per the firmware section, latest version is v3.0.0.183_21012801

@clashtv111_690499181482713 The firmware of your cameras is the newest. I suspect that there might be an upgrade for the NVR in which case you have to email support.

Can you switch off DHCP from NVR and use static IPs on the camera? Just for testing.

Does the kit came with small ethernet cables? If so can you use them.

@joseph_1979 hi, no positive change with static as well. Two cameras kept on working and third one went offline

NVR firmware, as per the reolink support website, I have the latest one. Unless there is one that is not related on the website to download for public.
