5MP Prototype Signup Not Working

When trying to submit my application for the 5MP prototype, I keep getting the error "Submission Failed. Please try to submit again."

All of the fields are properly populated and I have tried to submit multiple times with no lucky.

Ran into the same problem, just gave up considering the odds. They should confirm the site is working before sending out broadcasts. This is the second time I've seen this problem where the website would not accept submissions.
