Is there any plan for Onvif support on the Argus 3 Pro? I was relatively happy with my previous Reolink purchases that I just assumed this camera would support the same features. I am very disappointed that I'm limited to using the mobile app, I should have researched this better.

Hello , Here i wnat to tell you that I comprehend your mistake with respect to the absence of ONVIF support on the Reolink Argus 3 Genius camera. Starting around my last information update in September 2021, Reolink's camera models changed regarding ONVIF similarity. ONVIF (Open Organization Video Connection point Discussion) is a standard that works with interoperability between various IP-based security items.

Reolink occasionally refreshes its items and firmware, and ONVIF backing can change over the long haul. I suggest visiting the authority Reolink site or reaching their client service for the most dependable and exceptional data in regards to ONVIF support for the Argus 3 Ace camera.

In the event that ONVIF similarity is fundamental for your arrangement, it's smart to explore completely and affirm the elements of a particular camera model prior to making a buy. Producers' contributions can change, and it's critical to guarantee that the camera meets your prerequisites prior to purchasing.

Meanwhile, on the off chance that ONVIF support isn't accessible for your ongoing camera, you could investigate elective answers for incorporate it with your ideal arrangement, like utilizing outsider programming that [censored]s RTSP streams, assuming the camera gives that choice.

Recall that innovation and similarity can develop, so remaining informed about the most recent updates from the producer is critical to arriving at informed conclusions about your surveillance camera arrangement.

I hope you like this conclusion Thank you.

@jeffguad4_687165403890297 Indeed you should read the specs of the camera (or any device) you intend to buy and read some reviews to give you an insight of what you are purchasing. Reolink battery operated cams don't support ONVIF/RTSP for the obvious reason of battery consumption.

@user_726754838364323_726754838364323 Reolink battery-powered cameras, including Argus 3 Pro, won't support ONVIF as third-party integration kills their batteries. Hope this helps.
