I have a Duo 2 that I have connected to a dc adaptor. I am going to move the camera to another spot which will require solar.
I also have a Argus pt camera that I want to use the dc power supply for. The problem being is its a usc-c connection, so I need a converter.
My question is, what size is the dc plug will I need? It looks like a 2.5mm( by comparing pictures) but not sure and I have no way of measuring it

      Thanks in advance

@user_617650665832448_617650665832448 Is the DUO 2 battery operated? Reolink adapter normally uses the 5.5 x 2.5 mm jack. You can measure the diameter with a ruler.

HY there i can see your post and i must say

To accurately determine the sizes and compatibility, I recommend the following steps:

          1. Check Manuals and Specifications:
            • Consult the user manuals and specifications for both cameras. They should provide information about the required DC plug size for the Duo 2 camera and the power requirements for the Argus PT camera.
          2. Contact Manufacturer Support:
            • Reach out to Reolink's customer support for the Duo 2 camera and inquire about the specific DC plug size. Additionally, ask them if they have recommendations for converters compatible with the Argus PT camera's USB-C connection.
          3. Physical Measurement:
            • If you have access to calipers or a ruler, you can attempt to measure the DC plug's outer diameter. Be cautious with this method, as accurate measurements are crucial to ensure proper compatibility.
          4. Professional Assistance:
            • If accurate measurement is difficult, consider seeking assistance from a local electronics store or technician who might have the tools to accurately measure the DC plug size.

          Thanks and regards
