    Android app playback not possible in Fold 5 big screen

      Hello, 

      In Reolink android app, when using the Galaxy Z Fold 5, the Playback button is so hidden that it is impossible to tap it. Thia leads to situation that I can only watch the playback in the outer screen. Even when I start the playback on the outer screen and then open the fold then the Playback is interrupted.

      Any chance that you could scale the app so that the Playback button would be visible in the inner big screen of the galaxy z fold 5?

          @ksk_364546513932470 switching the full screen app function to 16:9 helps a little bit, but it's still basically unusable. Reolink needs to update the app compatibility. It's obvious that foldable phones aren't going away so what is Reolink waiting for?

          Same issue on my Galaxy Z Fold 4. The app really needs to be improved for foldable phones.

          Please Reolink, do something about this !!!

                  @joseph_1979 @KSK_364546513932470 @user_588106575564907_588106575564907  I've contacted support, and was told 'As our engineer confirmed, the app is not compatible with foldable phones at present. Would you mind using the app on a small size temporarily? or try it on another phone?'

                  So we're being told to buy another phone basically 😂 It's stopping me from changing my outdoor cameras to reolink, because the app doesn't work on the fold's big screen. Where-as my current hilook cameras' app works great on the fold's big screen.

                    @slippinjimmy But if not compatible then they should provide a timeframe when this shall be made available. I can understand your frustration as I am a customer like you and wish certain things are handled better. One thing to remind you is that the Reolink doorbell (till today), it only sends a push message notification to alert of a visitor. It doesn't originate a call. They are trying to have a different tone but having lots of push message notification or you are in a noisy environment this is inadequate. I have requested a SIP call similar to what other suppliers have implemented.

                    Same issue, as I also have a Z Fold 5; I also submitted a support ticket. Sounds like it's currently not supported, but wondering how many foldable owners have to complain, before it's a big enough deal to tap a dev on the shoulder to fix this??

                        I also raised a case with Reolink on this. I have the Pack Duration set for 60 minutes on my RLN36, so when I go into Playback, I'm able to select the hour from the day, but there is no way to filter the results to show only vehicle motion, or only person motion like there is on the Windows app. It would make reviewing the footage much easier by filtering the results to only show the type of motion I'm interested in.
