I've put up a couple of RLC420 by ay of a test and am using a Synology NAS box to store images. So it started recording fine for a couple of days and has now stopped. The NAS has lots of spare space (over 3TB) and I cannot see any settings that would cause this.Any ideas team?
Andy, did you set up the cameras to FTP upload the recordings to your Synology NAS station?Did you check the folder in the NAS and did you set any size limitation of the folder? If you choose another folder/Save Path, will the FTP upload resume working?
Hi and thanksRe "set up the cameras to FTP upload the recordings to your Synology NAS station?" - I simply went to the Reolink client - /local settings/record settings and put in the path to the local maaped drive of the NAS boxNo idea where "FTP" is ?BestAndy
Ah - in camera settings / advanced / ftpBut no idea of syntax- full domain name for NAS or what? And port - do i needto open something somewhere in the NAS?
Re: I simply went to the Reolink client – /local settings/record settings and put in the path to the local maaped drive of the NAS box--Andy, that also works. But one thing to note, you need to set the folder size higher here:folder-size.png
