      hi guys,

      we installed the camera today and have a question.
      we are a team of some people and monitor a workshop. everyone has access to the camera (trackmix poe) and gets push messages when something is detected.

      but what if e.g. someone is spontaneously at the workshop and is then several times detected by the camera and then all others would constantly get the push messages. = very annoying

      how can we get around this?
      is there for example a disarm button - "from now on no recordings / push notifications" - and when you leave the location again you press it again or if you forget after time x, everything is armed up?

      this would be really really helpful.

      thanks
      best regards
      phil

            @user_748581736141008_748581736141008 Of course there is the scene mode. Have a look at https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026049414-What-is-Scene-Mode-and-How-to-Set-the-Scene-Mode-for-Your-Cameras-on-Reolink-App/?gclid=CjwKCAjwp8OpBhAFEiwAG7NaEg08-i16blQps-DPVNc59p-nKF9pd0pa9mq261xK0tR8_PyXWFoviBoC9EAQAvD_BwE

              @joseph_1979 thanks for your answer.
              i looked into it and it worked ONLY for my phone.

              the problem is, when i am on site and change the scene for me, i have peace but ALL OTHERS of my fellow users get thousands of alerts every minute. there MUST be a solution for this.
              maybe something like scenes but for ALL, so when i am at the workshop, i switch the scene and ALL OTHER ADMINS / USERS WILL ALSO DONT GET NOTIFICATIONS AT THIS TIME.

                  @user_748581736141008_748581736141008 That would be a nice feature. The problem would be if the person leaving forgets to turn notifications back on, the place could be burglarized during night and nobody would know at that time to call police. Notifications can be set to a schedule, that would not work for someone needing to go in at an unscheduled time. But maybe most employees could turn notifications off or set their notifications to a schedule so only one or a few would receive notifications during certain times. I assume many small businesses usually only have the owner and/or manager have access and control of the cams.

                    I thought the same thing about forgetting.

                    but this could be solved via gps, wifi or timer.
                    so if, for example, the one who was on site, leaves the location of the camera, or the wifi of the camera gets out of range or the timer expires, the camera pushs are reactivated for all.
