    E1 outdoor rotation issues

      hello,
      I have an E1 outdoor that does not smoothly rotate counter clockwise. even after calibration or using reolink client i dont have full rotation counterclockwise and rotation in that direction is very choppy.

          @etlefevre75_488062589780131 Note that E1 OD rotates 355 degrees, Mine is smooth. The only issue I have with E1 OD Pro is the deviation of the monitor point. It drifts and I have to set it again manually.

          If the camera is under warrant ask for a replacement.

            Hello, I'm having exactly the same problem. My camera is in my garage and it's a bit damp. I don't know if it's the cause of the rotation problem, but it doesn't rotate smoothly. And when I turn it myself with my hand, I can see that it's harder in some places.

            Should I use grease or WD40 ?

                @etlefevre75_488062589780131 I encountered the same problem on my E1 Outdoor pro, overnight it stopped turning left and right, but zoom and vertical movements worked. The calibration did not work well either, it barely rotated. At first I contacted customer service and they provided me with a previous firmware version in case it was a problem with v3.1.0.2838_23102510.
                Days later I realized that the anchor was too tight and was pressing against the bracket, so I loosened that piece a little, so the screw does not make so much force. Since then the camera goes perfectly.

                  @alvaro2 Good. Main issue with E1 OD is the deviation of the guard position. But the occurrence has been reduced compared with the first generation E1 OD. Mostly due to change in tracking method.
