Hi @Reolink-Fiona It would be nice if, by 2023, the 12mpx PTZ and the 12mpx range that can support 25fps were launched. I have the 1210A and I am quite happy, but the problem is the opening angle (67º-41º), which is smaller than the 1212A and 1224A. Image quality is great.
I would also make some improvements to the E1 range, especially the E1 zoom and E1 outdoor (firmware upgrades of course), but it could be 5x and 8mpx.
Thanks.

RE: Trackmix Public Trial Program Begins: Smart PTZ Dual Camera with Mixed Auto Track
Hi @Reolink-Fiona the battery version is very interesting.
The sale of the camera together with the solar panel in a pack could be considered. You could also set the camera in such a way that when the camera detects that the solar panel is charging, the camera works without the battery (thus protecting battery life) and when the camera does not detect charging, it works by supplying power (from the battery).
It would also be interesting to see new battery chemistries and state-of-the-art solar panels.
I hope it withstands extreme climates. In Spain these days we are going to exceed 40 degrees Celsius. -

Reolink v8.7.0 and some suggestions
Hello team.
I just updated the reolink app on my pc to 8.7.0 and would like to please see if it is possible to set the default quality (in my case 4 cameras) to "standard". Every time I click on one (zoom) and exit, the quality is lowered to "fluent" and I have to increase the quality of the cameras one by one.
Could the preset quality of the cameras be set in the general settings? This suggestion could also be carried out in the app.
Another question, do you plan to launch any improved or complementary version of the E1 Outdoor? It would be nice if there was an 8MP version, although it is true that that gap is occupied by the RLC-823A. New E2 range to replace the E1 range?
Thanks!
