Reolink app on Android Box

I installed the Reolink Android app on my android box which is connected to a 720p TV. The problem is that when I switch to the live view, the bottom part of the picture is cropped out. Additionally, the controls at the bottom of the screen do not appear, because they are outside of the view.

Consequently I cannot switch to Clear quality, and I'm stuck in Fluent.

Please could you fix the app so it works better in 720p?

Hi Edward,
Reolink App is mainly for Android smartphone. We never test Android box for TV so there could be some problems with adaptation. We may arrange to fix this in the future but please understand that this is not our top priority.

Do you have an official channel where I can file a bug? The problem isn't with the Android Box, but rather the resolution of the display, so I believe it falls well within the scope of the app.

Edward brought up a very good point here.
This could potentially allows our Android box for TV to view Live CCTV footages at home on a BIG SCREEN TV!
