      Hi guys,

      I have bought an rlc-843A camera. The issue is that I put it on the highest resolution, it goes wel for 1 day and in the morning it is always on the lowest resolution and then the fov is terrible(like zoomed in) I am getting tired of having to change the resolution every morning..

      Why does this happen, and what can I do about it..?

          @user_800031703249048_800031703249048 Check if you have auto reboot (from Windows client ...system/maintenance) daily at 02:00am? If yes then disable it and check again.

              @user_800031703249048_800031703249048 Are you connecting from the same network or an external network? I guess you have the most updated client and fw.

                @joseph_1979

                same network firmware everything is fully up to date. I don’t get why the Reolink goes to a low resolution every night/morning.. it’s so annoying and I wanna keep the camera but is not a workable situation.

                  @user_800031703249048_800031703249048 if the camera and PC are on the same network, this should not happen. If external you will experience it.

                    I have the same issue with my RLC-843A, perhaps because I often connect to it from a different network. Is there a workaround for this problem?
