      I recently changed internet providers, i have 2 Reolink Argus PT solar powered outdoor cameras. One camera connected to the new wireless with no problem but it stays off-line until you open the app for live view? The second camera will not reset --reset button will not reset either? Is there a way to hard reset?

          Try to get the camera near the router and start again.

            @joseph_1979 @joseph_1979 --The camera that is connected goes offline when you close the app.. when you open the app you have to touch the screen for it to reconnect to the wifi. When you close the app the cam goes back to offline. That pic is when i open the app, its offline until i touch the screen for that camera and as a new user i cant even answer my own post for 86,400 seconds..wth

            This is the craziest rule, i go to support and post my issue and cant answer for 86400 seconds? Really aggravating
