So I recently bought the Reolink 16 channel NVR.
Should I add each individual camera to the Reolink app/mac software?
When the camera is hooked up to the NVR do you still need to change the password to each individual camera?

You cant change the password to each camera when hooked to NVR. You need to connect each camera to your network and do it there. Then when you add it back to the NVR, update the password you set on the camera in the NVR software. I just did this.

When the cameras are hooked up to the NVR (directly), there is no need to set passwords separately for those cams.
