RLC-842A camera will not zoom in

Hello,
I have six RLC-842A cameras that will not zoom in.

I've reset the cameras and tried a second NVR (RLN36) and they will not zoom in.
I select the PTZ option then I adjust the zoom and focus, both reset to 0.

Help needed.

Did you find a solution to this?
I have an RLC-843A with the same problem.
A factory reset will "solve" it but only for a day or two, then it goes back to zoomed-in and stays that way.
