I have a RLN12W with about 10 cameras on it. Two of them are just outside and have a sketchy time connecting. They are on the 5G network and I'd like to force them onto the 2.4G network. Unfortunately, I can't find any way to switch it. The Help Article shows that when I go into the Device within the Network I can select Settings and choose Auto/5G/2.4G. However, whenever I select "Settings" it only shows me the 5 to join. Trying to connect DuoFloodlight Wifi and it's a nope. The network names are "Reolink-Home-5G" and "Reolink-Home-2.4G" so they don't share SSIDs. Thanks for any pointers.

@user_829609175638167_829609175638167 choose other network and add the 2.4G SSID. Maybe it is hidden.

@joseph_1979 Thanks for the tip, Joseph. I have both networks active as you can see in the mobile app on this photo.
Unfortunately, when I go to view the devices/cameras, I can find no setting on the mobile app to select a preferred band.
Joseph: Seems I don't have enough "history" to post more than once a day. In honor of your work around - maybe this one will work too! I like your idea as I can see the ability to switch one of the cameras I have direct connection to. I'll try that since a straight forward approach doesn't seem to work. Thanks and stay tuned! -
@user_829609175638167_829609175638167 they are connected to the NVR WIFI and the settings you are showing belong to the NVR. Can you connect to the NVR WIFI and add the camera using its UID? If you can do this then you will have access to the camera configuration.
I know that on the Home Hub you cannot access the camera directly. You need to delete it and add it to the application. And to have access to the individual cameras, they are connected to a switch rather than to the NVR directly. -

@user_829609175638167_829609175638167 Odd. My cameras allow me to switch networks as well as set a preferred band. If you factory reset the camera, can you then choose the 2.4G network during initial setup?

Not sure if the Duo Wi-Fi has this option (mine are PoE) but my other WiFi cameras have a "Wi-Fi Band Preference" setting to switch between 2.5/5. It's under Settings-->Wi-Fi in the Reolink mobile app. Again, not sure if the Duo Wi-Fi has that option.
Can't select Wifi Network
