Yesterday I received my new replacement camera because the first one didn't work properly. I got this one all set up and it seemed to be fine, until it didn't. I wanted to test the two way speaking on the camera so I went outside in front of the camera so my wife could talk to me but the camera didn't detect me. I looked on my phone and it was disconnected again. This also happened earlier this morning when I was setting it all up. Any ideas why it would keep disconnecting? The sim card is for the same company that our cell phones work on.

@user_909487502692587_909487502692587 I do not use LTE cameras but I do not believe this camera does 24x7 recording thus will go into standby and disconnect from the app. Did you check the memory card to see if it recorded your presence? Did you give the app adequate time to reconnect? Additionally, even with no detection, you should be able to connect to the camera for live view.

@chopstix
My camera doesn't have a memory card. It only has a cellular Sim card.
It was offline again this morning.
There is no way to get to live viewing.
The only way to get to working again is to delete the camera and then reinstall it. -
@user_909487502692587_909487502692587 hmmm. I am wondering if your cellular provider has some ports blocked -OR- the cellular provider is translating the camera's IP address (using NAT).
Just some background, when the camera is setup, it's IP address and other info is registered with the Reolink cloud servers. When the client app attempts to connect to a camera, it does so through the cloud servers. So it sounds like after registration when the camera goes to sleep, it can not be contacted again. When you setup the camera are you initially able to live view?
