I've had a RLC-410WS for quite a while. It has worked really well.

I did a hard reset on it (while off push-and-hold reset button, power on, continue holding reset button for 10 seconds or so).

Now it appears it won't power on at all. Can the reset process brick it? I would think not. Any guidance for what I might do to wake this thing up?

      Thanks.

      Jim

I would email support@reolink.com The techs monitor that. I do not know if Reolink techs monitor this community forum.
