FTP issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have installed 7 RLN16-410 systems and need this function to be corrected soon!    The FTP options on the NVR do not give the option to just send photos and to also customize the time between submissions.  On my C1 camera I do have these options and they make the FTP function very worthwhile.  There is no way I am going to send a 4k video to my remote FTP server, no connection can facilitate that (at least where I live).

Was there any resolution to this? This feature would be extremely useful for quick overviews of events that tripped the motion sensor. Viewing email attached pictures is cumbersome and slow. Use case would be that I would take the FTP'd pictures and make them viewable on a website page, this would allow quick viewing of many events so we could research movement further if needed.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. You can't set the file type and interval on NVR in FTP settings page at present. We are working on this and will try our best to add these two options to NVR as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
