Reolink cameras keep dying

I've got about 30 Reolink cameras, and I lose one about every 6 months. Symptom is always the same. Just dead.
Camera won't power on from either 12V adapter or POE.
No IR lights, no LAN link light, nothing.
Happens to all different models.
What is causing this? -
