Hello I downloaded the latest Reolink app update to my new phone which is the Galaxy s10e and while I can see live view from all of my cameras I am unable to playback any files stored to the internal MicroSD card of the cameras from the app itself. I can play them just fine when I log into the wired cameras that I have on my PC so I am sure that the stored videos are not corrupted but my other ones such as the Argus ECO and my Argus PT I can see that clips are being uploaded to the cloud and can view the ones stored in the cloud for 8 seconds per clip and I can also see the video place markers under the Playback button that shows video recorded time in the app for each camera but when I click on them to play the video the little arrow that normally shows buffering and just says loading stream just spins and spins then stops with no error message given. I have reset and cleared the info on the Android Phone and I have reset the cameras and re-formatted the MicroSD card in the camera and nothing I have tried will allow me to view previous saved videos using the Reolink APP after the update.I forgot to mention that I have tried having the phone both being on the same WiFi/Wired network that the cameras are installed on and via LTE and using both High/Clear mode and Low/Fluent mode for viewing the Playback files and the issue still occurs. I can view the live stream from my phone but not any Playback files.
Might help to identify by model number the cameras that the app cannot show recording from.
I did list the models but will list them again for clarity. Reolink Argus PT and Reolink Argus Eco. There was one model that I did not list but ill list it here as it has the same issue Reolink RLC-410W in wired config. All cameras have the latest up to date firmware.I do not believe it is an issue with the cameras only the Reolink Android APP when running on the S10e and as I do not have another cellphone to test it on I can only assume its a compatibility issue with the Galaxy s10e and the Reolink APP specifically. The cellphone only has the default software no additional apps are on it at this time. I even just factory reset the phone a bit ago and cleared its cache and the same thing happens as I know someone will suggest that.
You could be correct. My Sony Android streams both live and playback from my RLC-410, RLC-420 and from my (original) Argus cameras. What a bummer!
