Can you please remove and block the spam advertisements scattered all over the community forum.

They are very annoying.

Yes, indeed. This could be part of "daily housekeeping" while waiting for the coffee (tea?) to be ready.
On balance, having this "unmoderated" forum requires less staffing resources and provides faster response.
I find these posts really annoying.
