Hello,Sorry if this has already been discussed. I could not find the thread.I have three RLC-410-5MP on same LAN. Web access works fine on all three cameras when local. On remote Web access (WAN) login is successful and reaches the interface. Device Settings works fine, but there is no video. The hourglass rotates for ever even on Fluent stream. I have high speed Internet on each end and ISP are the same. I tried different browsers on PC and Mac.Any clues someone?Cameras Firmware: v3.0.0.65_20071000Router and cameras IP: StaticCameras HTML ports: 81, 82 and 83Cameras RTMP ports: 1935, 1936 and 1937
You can refer to these two articles to see if there is any solution that can help:1) https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003981973-How-to-Remotely-Access-Reolink-Cameras-via-a-Web-Browser2) https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012162814-No-Video-on-Live-View-Page-via-the-Web-Browser
Thank you david.Unfortunately, I have already went through all of these paths.Again, all attempts to log into the cameras work. The problem seem to be related to the Flash player not working when viewing over the Web.I am hoping that Reolink will finally come with a HTML5 replacement for the Flash plugin...As a workaround, I decided to use a Remote Desktop Connection and monitor the cameras with Reolink Client. I works fine, but it is not as universally accessible from anywhere by just typing the cameras IP address.
New firmware for web access without using Adobe Flash Player will be released soon before the end of 2020. Our R&D engineers are working hard on it. Once it is available, we will publish on Reolink Official Website immediately. Please pay attention to the information in Download Center.Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. Please stay tuned!
Merci !
Released before the end of 2020? You do know there's only 36 days left before the end of the year (that's 24 working days) and you've only provided 9 firmware upgrades (oops, only 8 as one has bugs). I've pretty much given up on Reolink and have been looking at other manufacturers since your "engineers" have been looking at this problem for over 3 years now with no details and no communication to your customers except for "out engineers are looking at this problem."I've been looking at other vendors as alternatives. Goodbye Reolink. Good luck getting this done in 24 days!!
