How to share saved videos?

Reolink told me to open saved videos using MX player. I can open the video in MX player and I tried to share a video to Whatsapp. Whatsapp says "the file format is not supported."

How can I share to Whatsapp?

Hi Fred, sorry for my mistake. For the sharing issue on the WhatsApp, we suggest using a 3rd-party convert program before the sharing, refer to https://www.winxdvd.com/resource/best-free-whatsapp-video-converter.htm.

Try converting the video file to the format which whatsapp supports. There are plenty of online conversion tools or you can download a software on your desktop for future usage as well up to you. Do it and then let me know if it did the trick.

Also explain why it is better to have a bit unsupported format.
