Installed the first Reolink 810A and it's not recording correctly, the video has 3 quarters of the screen green, any ideas what is causing this?Reolink-810A.jpg
Try rebooting the camera. My NVR showed green hues today; I couldn't figure out why, then I remembered I unplugged/replugged in the hdmi cord yesterday. That was my culprit...so I turned off my NVR; unplugged/replugged back in the hdmi cord and it worked.
Does the same problem exist when you live view the camera? Does the problem exist all the time?Please take the SD card out of the camera for a check.If the problem can not be solved, please contact our support team at support@reolink.com.
