i PURCHASED RLC-540A CAMERA AND ITS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE RLN8, I HAVE UPDATED THE FIRMWARE OT THE LATEST V2.0.0.280_21060101 AND THE TWO WAY AUDIO AND THE SPOTLIGHT FEATURES DO NOT APPEAR ON THE APP OR THE CLIENT. CALLED TECH SUPPORT AND THEY ASSURED ME IT WAS COMPATIBLE BUT COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHAT THE ISSUE IS. HAS ANYONE COME ACCROSS THIS ISSUE AND HAVE THEY RESOLVED IT?
