    Trying to add camera to cloud account via app

      I am using the Reolink client app on my iPhone 6. I try to add the UID by typing it in and nothing happens. Instead it reports the camera as existing (I can see the live view screen of the camera). If I then go to the cloud part of the app to bind cameras it then reports that there are no cameras found and no valid settings detected. Am I missing something here?

        Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. Please delete this device from the device list at first, and then add it again for a test.

                @joseph_1979 That video does not reflect the problem here described. I too am finding that the camera is not listed under the devices so I can not "ADD" it to bind it. Can you help?
