Free cloud video post motion record 8 secs

Hi guys, all the cloud videos are showing 8 secs although sd card recording set to 30 secs? Any menu to increase to 30 secs from 8? thanks.

Hi Joe,

I have Reolink battery cameras, tested two cams on fluent mode, only supports 8 secs on basic plan.

The link you provided me clearly stated fluent mode should support 48s, at least should be the same as the sd card post motion 30s.

Any idea? thanks.

@ml_812798949916887 Personally I never used the cloud services. I store the videos on SD and ftp them to an ftp server in another site. According to doc, the fluent should be at max 48s or filesize 7M whichever comes first.
